Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started
- No initial concepts, designs, or work have been delivered
- Payment was made in error or duplicate payment occurred
If any work has already been started, delivered, or shared, the refund may be partial or not applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after revisions
- Delays caused by lack of communication, content, or feedback from the client
- Completed or delivered digital files
- Services purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We encourage clients to request revisions if they are not satisfied. Our goal is to resolve issues through communication and improvements rather than refunds.
5. Refund Process
